38 Days from Lease Signing to First Sale | Learn How We Did It in Xanadu’s Art Gallery Insider

Yesterday, I shared an update about our new Pinetop gallery. I recounted the process of building out the space and getting the gallery ready to open. It seems incredible that things came together as quickly as they did, especially when one considers we signed our lease on May 5th, completed the build out and set up of the gallery in the following weeks, and had our first sale on June 12th, a mere 38 days later! We have since completed three additional sales.

There is still much to be done to transform the Pinetop gallery from fledgling startup to successful gallery. We’ve now shifted our focus from build out and startup to marketing and sales. We expect the next 60 days to be critical as we make locals and tourists aware of us through social media, print advertising, direct mail and local media.

It’s not too late for you to join us in the journey. Xanadu’s Art Gallery Insider program is your opportunity to go behind the scenes and learn in great depth what it takes to get a gallery going and the realities of financing and operating a gallery.

When you become an Art Gallery Insider you will gain instant access to the past episodes (binge watch, or watch at your leisure), and you can participate in future broadcasts live, or watch the recordings.

As an Art Gallery Insider you will gain an invaluable understanding of what really happens behind the scenes in a gallery. This knowledge will help you shape your own art business, and will help you be a better partner to the galleries with which you now work, or those with which you will work in the future.
