Our New Virtual Tour Is Live on Google Maps

If you’ve never had a chance to visit Xanadu Gallery in Scottsdale, I want to invite you to take a few minutes to explore the gallery in our new Google Maps virtual tour. We’ve long had a virtual tour on the homepage of our website, but the tour was getting to be a little dated and was hosted on a 3rd party website. The new tour was created by a local photographer who creates Street View like tours for shops and galleries in Google Maps.

You can see the tour on Google Maps, full screen

Or explore the gallery in the window below. Let me know what you think of the gallery and the tour in the comments below!

  1. That is amazing! Great job. I was surprised at how detailed the photos were and how I could move around so easily to view from so many angles. I have seen these virtual tours before, but this one is exceptional. Thanks for posting.

  2. Very inspiring and beautiful! I liked taking a tour in your awesome art living room. Thank you! And now I can can visualise my works on your walls with more accuracy. 🙂
    Awesome.

  3. What a great and cheerful space! All of the works show so well in this light filled space. The different artist works flow very well together. Thank you so much for sharing!

  4. Really good to see inside the gallery, Jason. Thank you so much for sharing this virtual tour. I hope you show us another view when you have an opening show as well. The opening video with the first mentor showed a great deal of the gallery and certainly gave us a feel of what it would be like. These views you are sharing are wonderful! Thank you, Jason!

  5. Absolutely wonderful! I love it. Your gallery is a very friendly space, inviting. Instead of telling a story of how much work everyone put into it, it says come on in, admire the beauty!

  6. What a great way to be able to look at Xanadu Gallery’s wonderful art collection from my home office in Colorado. I really enjoyed the virtual tour and recognize some of the featured artist’s work. I’ll be sharing this with others. By the way I feel like I have grown so much in the last several months as an artist by participating in the mentorship program with Bryan Grose. Thanks, Jason.

  7. Virtual tour is a visual delight! Wonderful how one can look at the tiny details and colors that catch your eye. Love your variety of color, texture and size of pieces.

    Fabulous Jason!

  8. Awesome gallery. Hope to visit some day in person. I saw NO traditional works so mine would not work at your gallery. The street views were a great addition.
    Best Wishes, thank you. Sue

  9. Congratulations Jason. This one is very well done. I know that they can be a pain in the end because I also do them.

  10. I figured out what to do to see everything more extensively. I really do love the shots of the ceiling. That is just one special place to me! But the art is what you want us to see and love. Each piece of art is very well placed and shows well. The lighting is very effective. Your photographer did a great job. This is another nice thing to celebrate soon. Where did the older virtual tour go? I would like to see it again. Thanks, Jason.

  11. Absolutely stunning! Very easy to navigate around and brings a fantastic sense of space to your gallery. Beautiful placement of the art work too. Such a wonderful balance and flow to each piece in your gallery.

  12. I appreciated seeing how you integrate three dimensional work with two-d work and was surprised at how much three dimensional work you are able to show and have in the current show.
You have maintained a very contemporary feel and yet are also able to mix in more traditional work as well. Very appealing display. How much square footage is your gallery? How many other galleries are in close proximity to Xanadu?

  13. Wow! Such a fun experience, whizzing around the gallery, such an upbeat place. I loved it. Thanks for the tour and, of course, all your presentations, blogs, advice, etc. You provide a VERY needed and appreciated service! Barney and you make a great team.
    More, more!

  14. Thank you for sharing the tour. I have been in your gallery a few times, but have been so busy looking at the art that I never noticed the ceiling, it looks very cool in the virtual tour. It adds interest along with the abstrct and contemporary art!

  15. Loved the tour! So fun to be back in Scottsdale again in a click (and see “the Family” :D) The gallery looks fantastic with such a cohesive flow throughout the art. Thank you for all your exceptional marketing efforts. I’m going to send this link to all my friends and FB contacts.

  16. Wow! I’ve been to the gallery several times and it’s just like being there in person! This is a great sales tool if you could click on the artworks and find out more info. Now only if they could somehow package that beautiful sunshine and send it along with the tour whenever I need it!

  17. This was a fun experience, moving around your gallery. I loved it. It is my deepest desire to have my work hanging there one day soon. Thanks for the tour and all of your presentations, video classes and book. You provide a true understanding of our plight as an artist and provide a much appreciated service!

  18. A wonderful space where everything is placed in such a way that each piece can be viewed easily. I’m impressed with the video tour that depicts a large area. Wonderfully contemporary with the colorful art pieces. Just beautiful. Can’t wait to get down to Phoenix to see in person. I’m in Lake Havasu, so it’s a three hour drive, but appears to be well worth the trip.

  19. Hi Jason (from down under).
We noticed that your displayed works do not appear to have nametags or prices tags or even numbers. What are your thoughts on this ????
Jenny Tuck (Manager – Splashout Art Studios and Gallery ) Adelaide. Australia.

    1. Hi Jenny – you’re just not looking closely enough! All of the work has tags. Our tags are very subtle. We use clear labels on which we print the information. Information is typically to the right of the artwork, just below eye level. Look again, you’ll see it!
