Watch This: Funding a Monumental Sculpture on KickStarter – an Interview with Terry Guyer

Watch our video with Menlo Park, CA artist Terry Guyer. Last December, Guyer’s 7 foot statue of Nikola Tesla was unveiled to the public. The project is interesting in several different ways. Funding for the project came through a Kickstarter campaign made successful by silicon valley venture capitalists and the public. The sculpture includes a free wifi access point and a time capsule scheduled to be opened in 2043. ¬†Watch as we discuss the project and what Guyer learned during the process.
